Are your products ethically sourced?
Yes! We’re committed to ethical sourcing and partner only with responsible suppliers.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are still in the making. Sign up for release alerts on the product page.
How can I find the right size?
Each product has a detailed size guide under the description. If you’re unsure, our support team can help.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, many items come with a 12-month warranty. Check the product page for specific warranty details.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we start processing right away.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what do I do?
Contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Otherwise, we’ll try to reroute it or assist with a return.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to payment issues or stock unavailability. You’ll be notified by email with further details.
Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Europe. More regions coming soon!
How long does the delivery take?
Products are made by hand on demand. Delivery dates are estimated

Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
You can also log into your account to track status.
What if my package is late or lost?
Please contact us if your package hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window. We’ll help track it down or replace it.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Some exclusions may apply.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer free returns?
In most cases, return shipping is not covered unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
